Welcome to TechnoMark, my technical blog. My name is Mark Norton and I am an independent consultant working in the field of eLearning for universities. Currently, I am primarily engaged as a Senior Technical Consultant to the Sakai Project (http://www.sakaiproject.org). This project has been running for the past two years or so and grows out of the CHEF project at the University of Michigan and the Open Knowledge Initiative managed by MIT. Other key contributors to Sakai include Indiana University, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Foothill College, and many others.
